Before the first use of your Textile item, apply a Waterproofing Spray to protect it against rain and stains. Shake and spray evenly from a distance of 20 cm, then let it dry for a few hours. For continuous protection, we recommend applying this spray every ten uses of your item. A clean, non-abrasive soft cloth or a soft brush can be used to dust off your Textile goods. If your Textile item is dirty, you can use a clean, non-abrasive soft cloth with water to clean it: dab the area with the cloth and let it air dry. In case of stains, please go see a cleaning specialist.

Tote Bag - Disappointed

I'm a very long time customer of WANT and love most of the products from this brand. I've owned weekender bags, boots, shoes, wallets, laptop bags and all have been great. However, this Tote bag is very disappointing. It doesn't have a basic zipper to close it and prevent rain and debris from entering. It also has a strange structure. One side is stiff and strong while the other side lacks structure and keeps collapsing. I tried to return it, or even exchange it for a better tote bag, however I was told it is not possible, which added to my disappointment as a long time loyal client.
