I liked the look of the bag and thought I might use it as my primary work bag, but the online photos did not give enough information about the bag for me to figure out whether it would work. So, I did what you do: I ordered it to take a look.

Upon arrival, it was clear that it wasn't going to work as a primary work bag--at least not for me. The inside pockets are not good spaces for having several things you need to reach for, like keys, badges, etc., and there are not good spaces for things like pens.

What's much worse is that the company insists that returns can only be processed within 14 days of the order being made, which, of course, means you have even fewer than 14 days to receive the product, evaluate it, and process a return. I asked for a waiver and was refused. That's an anti-customer policy. I encourage you to avoid doing business with this company. My experience with them cost me hundreds of dollars.

I made the mistake of ordering it online and it was decided to be shipped with Canada Post when there was a strike on. As a result, its 3 weeks late and it wont arrive in time for the vacation i bought it for. sooooo, pretty much useless :(

I ordered the O'Hare 2.0 Recycled Nylon tote, but i was sent a similar bag, but it doesn't have the Want Les Essentiels leather brand patch on the exterior and the interior has webbing pockets. Do you know if i can get sent my actual order?

Je suis très satisfaite de ce sac. De plus, je me suis procuré un organisateur de sac à main afin de mieux retrouver mes choses tout en profitant de l’espace qui reste pour y déposer mon imperméable léger et encore plus de choses. Hâte de voyager avec maintenant!
